Audre Rickard is a certified spiritual director who lives with neurodiversity.

She specializes in coming alongside and supporting those who have experienced trauma, divorce, and/or grief. Audre holds a compassionate space for individuals and groups who are discovering what it looks like and feels like to be true to their inner goodness. Audre honors and embraces communities that are neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, and spiritually diverse. She is committed to co-creating a safe space so that each individual can grow in greater freedom and wholeness.

Audre has been a soul companion for over twenty years, working in small groups and one-on-one. She holds a BA in Religion with an emphasis on Biblical and Theological Studies and received her certification as a trauma-informed Spiritual Director through the Companioning Center. She is a member of both Hope*Writers and Sayge Link. She also co-hosts The Spacious and the Sacred podcast, along with fellow spiritual directors Irene Dunlop, Heather Fignar, and Andi Chatburn.
